Scheduled - Nordea is making the creditor name a mandatory field for account-to-account transfers in Denmark.
This means that the destination.name field will become mandatory in our API for DK_Nordea and DK_NordeaErhverv. The field accepts up to 70 characters. Supported characters include: a–z, A–Z, 0–9, Scandinavian letters (å, ä, ö, æ, ø and uppercase variants), common punctuation (. , / ? : ( ) - + '), and whitespace. Field must not start with a whitespace. This will be enforced with the following regex:
"^[A-Za-z0-9åÅäöÄÖæøÆØ.,/?:()\\-+'][A-Za-z0-9åÅäöÄÖæøÆØ.,/?:()\\-+' ]{0,69}$"
The field will become mandatory in our systems in November, with the exact date provided in a later update.

A Planned Maintenance for Solaris API Services has been scheduled on 25th of October 2026 between 22:00 - 23:59 CET.
The maintenance will be performed on Production environments in order to apply infrastructure changes that will improve the efficiency of our services.
Expected Partner Impact:
• All Solaris API services will experience a downtime between 2-5 minutes and degraded performance (high response times or intermittent 5xx errors) between 10-15 minutes during the maintenance window.
Expected Customer Impact:
• Customers trying to initiate new processes based on our API services (ex: new Onboardings, Authorizations, etc.) may be presented with a generic error message or experience slowness in the associated mobile or Web applications

Starting from 15.11.2026 Payment requests containing unstructured address information will no longer be accepted.
To improve payment data quality and align with evolving industry standards, we will introduce Hybrid Address as the supported address format for payment initiation requests on 15th of November 2026.
This change applies to all payment types.
This update supports the payments industry's transition to more structured and higher-quality payment data under the ISO 20022 standard. The European Payments Council (EPC) has introduced the Hybrid Address format to improve data consistency, straight-through processing, sanctions screening, and compliance controls. As a result, unstructured address data is being phased out across the market.
