Upcoming SE_Handelsbanken and SE_HandelsbankenForetag PIS validator changes

Identified - There are upcoming changes for validators for Handelsbanken:

SE_Handelsbanken and SE_HandelsbankenForetag Domestic payments:
1. Destination.Name will now support max length of 70 characters.
2. Message will now support max length of 140 characters.

SE_Handelsbanken and SE_HandelsbankenForetag Domestic InPayment payments(BankGiro, PlusGiro):
1. Amount.Value must be greater than 1 and less than 10000000000. There can be maxmum 2 decimals.
2. Execution.Date is supported when Execution.Type is equal to SpecificDate. The value can be set minimum 1 day in the future.
3. Destination.Name can now have max length of 70 characters
4. Message can now have max length of 140 characters.

SE_Handelsbanken SEPA Private payments:
1. Execution.Date is supported when Execution.Type is equal to SpecificDate. The value can be set minimum 1 day in the future.
2. Destination.Address.Country can have max length of 2 characters.
3. Identifiers.CreditorReference can have max length of 140 characters.

Changes are planned to take place on 13th October at 5PM CEST

SEB Payment Initiation API Changes

Update - We would like to inform you about an upcoming update to the SEB adapter.
As a result of changes introduced by SEB, payment requests will now require the following - starting with the 26th August.

For SEPA Private and Corporate payments :
At least Message or Identifiers.CreditorReference will be required to be providedMessageMessage
For BankGiro/ PlusGiro Corporate payments:
At least Message or Identifiers.CreditorReference will be required to be provided
Destination.Name will be required to be provided with the same character length as before - 35 max.
For BankGiro/ PlusGiro Private payments:
At least Message or Identifiers.CreditorReference will be required to be provided
Destination.Name will be required to be provided with max. character length of 140 chars.

11 September 2026: Nordfyns Bank merger into Middelfart Sparekasse Sep `11`, `2026` `15:00` - Sep `13`, `2026` `15:00` UTC

On September 11th, 2026, at 17:00 CEST, Nordfyns Bank will merge into Middelfart Sparekasse. Beyond this point, current consents will be invalid.

Nordfyns Bank customers will be migrated as part of the merger. As part of this transition, all existing PSD2 consents issued through Nordfyns Bank will become invalid. Customers who wish to continue the flows will need to create new consent through Middelfart Sparekasse's PSD2 platform.

New provider ID to use will be DK_MiddelfartSparekasse, instead of DK_NordfynsBank and DK_NordfynsBankErhverv.
