Monitoring - SDC have now implemented NemID Nøglefil.

We are now showing the SDC login method selector, in which users will have to select "NemID MOCES" to log in with NemID Nøglefil.

We will be monitoring the situation for any issues.

Dec 09, 2022 - 09:45 CET
Identified - SDC providers do not currently support login for Public NemID employee signature with key file (medarbejdersignatur med nøglefil) and social security number.

Public NemID employee signature with key file (medarbejdersignatur med nøglefil) and social security number can ONLY be used to login to the regular online netbank for SDC providers.

We are working with SDC to resolve the issue.

Nov 03, 2022 - 21:08 CET
Investigating - We're currently seeing users having problems with authenticating with the BankID App on SDC-based providers.
Dec 06, 2022 - 15:29 CET
Update - SDC has informed they plan to release a fix on the 5th of February.
Jan 17, 2023 - 16:57 CET
Update - SDC is still working on a fix. We are following up closely with the provider.
Jan 12, 2023 - 15:21 CET
Update - SDC has informed us they are working on fixing this.
It affects cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay transactions.

Jan 09, 2023 - 13:53 CET
Identified - We have noticed sudden transaction text changes for SDC-based providers.
Transactions created on January 8th, and onwards, are experiencing sudden transaction texts.
This doesn't seem to affect transaction ID, so for Aiia end-users, this will not result in duplicate transactions.

We are contacting the provider.

Jan 09, 2023 - 10:31 CET
Monitoring - Azure systems are stabilizing.
Our service was scaled up to mitigate the impact.
The error rate is normalizing.
We'll keep monitoring the situation.

Jan 25, 2023 - 14:20 CET
Update - The error rate is decreasing.
We are in close contact with Microsoft's support and we are following up on their updates.

Jan 25, 2023 - 10:07 CET
Identified - The issue has been identified as a network incident from Microsoft Azure.
We are mitigating the situation on our system.

Jan 25, 2023 - 09:34 CET
Investigating - We are experiencing degraded performance from 8:47 AM CEST.
Jan 25, 2023 - 09:20 CET
In progress - On 19 November 2022, Eika will be migrating 6 additional Norwegian banks from SDC to Evry:

Hjelmeland Sparebank
Melhusbanken
Jæren Sparebank
Bjugn Sparebank
Åfjord Sparebank
Haltdalen Sparebank

This means that users will migrate from one technical provider implementation to another, meaning that the data you will receive will look differently. Neither account ids, transaction ids, payment ids or consents will carry over to the new implementation.

During the migration, we will be investigating the changes and applying appropriate measures. We will be updating the transaction and account id schemas, as documented here as the idSchema property, to make the migration as smooth as possible for our clients:

https://api.nordicapigateway.com/docs/index.html#operation/GetAccountsV2
https://api.nordicapigateway.com/docs/index.html#operation/GetTransactionsV2

We will also be disabling payments and all payment methods on these providers 4 days before the migration date, to make sure all payments are settled before migration.

Further updates will be available on this page, when more information is available.

Nov 08, 2022 - 17:16 CET
Update - Most users are migrating successfully but we do see failing transactions calls on all accounts of some users. We're currently in communication with the provider to resolve the issue.
Sep 19, 2022 - 13:50 CEST
Verifying - The providers have been migrated to the new interface. We are monitoring situation.
Sep 12, 2022 - 15:38 CEST
In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
Sep 07, 2022 - 12:01 CEST
Update - Due to payment IDs not being migrated by the provider, complicating the tracking of payments created during the period, we will be disabling payments for the mentioned providers from 2022-09-07 12:00 CEST to 2022-09-12 11:00 CEST, as a precautionary measure.

During this time, the creation of new payments on these providers will not be possible. Getting information about existing payments will be possible, until the provider endpoints are turned off in their end. Once the migration has been made, we will be enabling payments on these providers again.

Also note this specific change on payments requiring additional approval from another user, once the migration has been completed:

In the new online bank, it will not be possible for users to confirm transfers where there is a requirement for two users to sign together. This means that transfers require the consent of the other user. Such transfers must be carried out and approved by going to the bank in person. Alternatively, users can jointly create a new agreement if it is accepted that one or both users are allowed to approve payments alone. Such an agreement can be drawn up by going to the bank in person.

Further information about the migration can be found here:
https://www.skuesparebank.no/dagligbank/Oppgradering/Privat
https://www.skuesparebank.no/dagligbank/Oppgradering/Bedrift

Scheduled - On 10 September 2022, Eika will be migrating 3 Norwegian banks from SDC to Evry:

Skue Sparebank
Odal Sparebank
Grue Sparebank

Note that Eika considers this a pilot phase of a larger migration, in which many other banks will follow over the next year. We expect to iron out most issues during this first pilot phase, to make the next migrations as smooth as possible.

Further updates will be available on this page, when more information is available.
