Update - On 19 February 2022, Eika will be migrating 8 additional Norwegian banks from SDC to Evry:

Update - Due to payment IDs not being migrated by the provider, complicating the tracking of payments created during the period, we will be disabling payments for the mentioned providers from 2022-09-07 12:00 CEST to 2022-09-12 11:00 CEST, as a precautionary measure.

During this time, the creation of new payments on these providers will not be possible. Getting information about existing payments will be possible, until the provider endpoints are turned off in their end. Once the migration has been made, we will be enabling payments on these providers again.

Also note this specific change on payments requiring additional approval from another user, once the migration has been completed:

In the new online bank, it will not be possible for users to confirm transfers where there is a requirement for two users to sign together. This means that transfers require the consent of the other user. Such transfers must be carried out and approved by going to the bank in person. Alternatively, users can jointly create a new agreement if it is accepted that one or both users are allowed to approve payments alone. Such an agreement can be drawn up by going to the bank in person.

Note that Eika considers this a pilot phase of a larger migration, in which many other banks will follow over the next year. We expect to iron out most issues during this first pilot phase, to make the next migrations as smooth as possible.

Monitoring - SDC have now implemented NemID Nøglefil.

We are now showing the SDC login method selector, in which users will have to select "NemID MOCES" to log in with NemID Nøglefil.

We will be monitoring the situation for any issues.

Identified - SDC providers do not currently support login for Public NemID employee signature with key file (medarbejdersignatur med nøglefil) and social security number.

Public NemID employee signature with key file (medarbejdersignatur med nøglefil) and social security number can ONLY be used to login to the regular online netbank for SDC providers.

We are working with SDC to resolve the issue.
