Elevated error rates on GetAccounts calls with Sibs

We are seeing elevated error rates on GetAccounts calls with Sibs in Portugal. It started at 10:00 CET and lasted till 10:30 CET. It was caused by Sibs service being unavailable.
We received a message from Sibs:
