Outage in SEB Estonia Internet Banking

Incident Report for Mastercard OB Services EU and UK

We would like to inform you that today, from 09:40 until 10:50 (EET), the SEB Estonia Internet Bank experienced an outage.

During this period, customers were unable to access the Internet Bank.
The incident has been mitigated; however, the service has not yet been fully restored for all affected users.
At present, PSD2 Redirect authentication is working for customers who did not attempt to log in during the affected period.
Customers who initiated a login attempt between 09:40 and 10:50 may still experience issues.
Teams are continuing to work on a full resolution.
