Effective 28 of February 2025, NatWest informed us that legacy One Account products will be rebranded from Virgin and migrated to Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) brand.
This means that the following providers will be disabled for all customers: GB_NatWestOne, GB_OneAccount, GB_VirginOneAccount

As part of this change:
Third-party providers (TPPs) will no longer need to display these One Account products in their consent journeys. Instead, customers will be able to provide consent to sharing their One Account details by selecting RBS as their provider.

One Account customers will be able to view and manage their accounts via the RBS Mobile and eBanking platforms.

The current One Account platform will be decommissioned. Authentication attempts on this platform should be redirected to RBS URLs.
