The technical merger of Sparebanken Norge (Sør) and Sparebanken Norge (Vest) takes place from Friday 9 October 2026, 15:00 CEST, to Monday 12 October 2026, 08:00 CEST. During this period the PSD2 interface for both banks is unavailable.
From Monday 12 October 2026, 08:00 CEST, former Sparebanken Sør customers (private and business) are served through Sparebanken Norge (bankIds NO_SparebankenVest / NO_SparebankenVestBedrift). In the bank selector, the bank is now listed as "Sparebanken Norge (Formerly Sparebanken Vest)", "Sparebanken Norge Bedrift (Formerly Sparebanken Vest Bedrift)".
All existing consents for Sparebanken Sør (NO_SparebankenSor, NO_SparebankenSorBedrift) are deleted by the bank. Users must reconnect by selecting Sparebanken Norge and completing a new login. Payment IDs are not migrated. Future-dated payments will still be executed by the bank, but their status will no longer be available through the API. Customers can see them in their online bank. The Sparebanken Sør providers are disabled as of 12 October 2026 and will be removed from our systems on 12 January 2027.
