Provider Aktia is migrating to the Crosskey adapter. In the timeframe of next week starting on 17.11.2025, Aktia will be migrated from its current adapter to a new one.
This means users will be technically migrated to a new provider implementation, and the data structures may change.
However, Account IDs, Transaction IDs, Payment IDs, and Consent IDs will not carry over.
Please advise customers to reconnect if they experience any issues.
