Effective 17 March 2025, American Express has chosen to restrict access of PSD2 APIs to only include France and the United Kingdom. This means that providers SE_AmericanExpress and FI_AmericanExpress will be disabled for all clients on 14 March 2025 and subsequently deleted.

American Express have informed us, that the decision is made on the basis that Customer Accounts in EU countries other than France and the United Kingdom do not qualify as ‘payment accounts’ under PSD2. Consequently, any American Express API suite services provided in countries other than France and United Kingdom had been so far rendered voluntarily by American Express, who had no legal obligation under PSD2 to provide them.

It has come to our attention that in some cases we still return SupervisedLoginRequired after 90 days unnecessarily. We are rolling out fixes for our UK providers to avoid this occurring starting with the largest providers in early March and smaller providers in later March.

Scheduled - Effective 28 of February 2025, NatWest informed us that legacy One Account products will be rebranded from Virgin and migrated to Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) brand.
This means that the following providers will be disabled for all customers: GB_NatWestOne, GB_OneAccount, GB_VirginOneAccount

As part of this change:
Third-party providers (TPPs) will no longer need to display these One Account products in their consent journeys. Instead, customers will be able to provide consent to sharing their One Account details by selecting RBS as their provider.

One Account customers will be able to view and manage their accounts via the RBS Mobile and eBanking platforms.

The current One Account platform will be decommissioned. Authentication attempts on this platform should be redirected to RBS URLs.
